EGG FREE CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
2 sticks of margarine, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup non dairy topping
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
15 oz. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. In a mixer, beat the margarine, brown sugar and sugar
2. Slowly stir in non dairy topping
3. Add in vanilla flavor and mix until creamy
4. In a seperate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda
5. Combine the two mixtures
6. Fold in chocolate chips with a spoon
7. Frop onto cookie sheet by cookie scooper
8. Bake for 12 minutes
Recipe makes 3 dozen cookies
