Easy Fun Idea For A Snow Day Or Simcha :Chrysanthemum Cupcakes

These Cupcakes are great for simcha or as a craft to do with your kids.

Ingredients:

Cup Cakes

Mini marshmallows

Sanding Sugar-any color

Canned White Frosting

Jelly beens sliced

First make a batch of your favorite kosher cupcakes, every kid loves to mix and lick the batter

First make a batch of your favorite kosher cupcakes, every kid loves to mix and lick the batter. Take them out of the oven and let them cool. Next take mini white marshmallows and cut them on a  diagonal. Take the sticky side and dip them into your sanding sugar. Frost the top of the cupcakes and start sticking your marshmallow colored pedals on the cupcake in three rows starting from the outside ring first. For the middle you can use a green candy or some piped frosting. We found this order to be the best so things don’t dry out before you use them.

You can create  different color Chrysanthemum for a color full arrangement.
