Tre’s Chic-ka: Introducing Another Great Addition to Kosherstreets Fasion Expert Team

Hey KS Fans,

Here at kosherstreet we love to introduce great new finds – and today it is one of my oldest friends Effie L. otherwise known as Tre’s Chic-ka. Effie lives in NY, married to an Italian Jew from Milano, is a mother of 3 delicious girls, and is a fashion accessories buyer & finder for some of the coolest boutiques and Vintage Clothing stores in the NY & LA area as well as a flower and decor enthusiast. I have known her since I am 5 years old and she has been my fashion guru ever since elementary school when she taught me how to French Braid my own hair

I asked Effie to join our  kosherstreeet Fashion team  and even though she has little to NO time even to start her own blog or facebook page – she has promised to send and share with us some great tips and finds whenever she can.

Hope everyone is getting a little vacation time in this holiday weekend. Despite the rainy weather this morning, my independence day spirit is strong and I am determined to make this day a fun one despite rained out party plans at our  friends house in the Burbs. In the meantime this morning when I got dressed and saw all that rain – I thought what a great opertunity to try out this Nicole Kidman Braid on my long Rain Sheitel. For some reason the Hot Summer Days brings out the Bohemian Chic-ka  in me. Most days I am (happily) dressed up for work. But when I get a chance to throw my heels off and uncinch my spanx -this 70′s girl comes out -lucky for me it’s all the rage this summer season!
Try Braiding your long hair into a loose but elegant Braid to keep the friz out and the warm summer breeze on your cool neck.

Working perfect both for straight and wavy hair, waterfall French braid has become a perfect hairstyle for hot summertime. And no wonder as it is very easy to DIY; it looks chic and elegant and can keep your hair off your face (that is so important in hot summer days).
