There is a reason why I love this guy besides his fantastic recipes – He just tells you exactly what you need to know about Knifes in your Kitchen and he makes it look so easy!
So of course I have to share it with all of you – Enjoy and if you have knives that have been sitting dull for the last million years in your kitchen – PLEASE I BEG YOU – go buy your self a new set or at least get your self a sharpener and get those babies razor sharp!!! You will definitely thank me when you are cutting into a tomato or a piece of meat and you see how much easier it is.
