OK I am officially stuffed to the gills. I am seriously looking into purchasing those button extenders, after a week of Thanksgiving and then Shabbos Meals, my scale is screaming at me – Literally –it is one of those talking kinds!
So I decided that Monday Morning I am going to do a cleanse and start my 2012 new year resolution of exercising more regularly a head start. But tonight is SATURDAY NIGHT – and once I am already enjoying the eating fest that was this week – might as well be a little more decadent and end this week with this unbelievable and one of my best Tastebuds Café inventions ever – THE AMARETTO CHOCOLATE DECADENCE DRINK!

The Amaretto Chocolate Decadence
chocolate ice cream
vanilla ice cream
1 shot espresso
1 tbsp. amaretto flavoring (extract works well)
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
2 large chocolate chip cookies (fav. kind)
In a blender add a scoop of both ice creams, shot of espresso, and cover halfway with milk. –then blend till smooth. Then add the amaretto flavoring, toasted almonds, 1 chocolate chip cookie, drizzle of chocolate syrup and a handful of chocolate chips and blend some more – I like mine still chunky.
Drizzle some chocolate syrup in the cup, pour in the drink, top with some whip cream, garnish with more chocolate chip cookies, and chips.
