This is a recipe that I found in an old Weight Watcher’s cookbook, that I thought actually sounded really delicious and a great snack to eat.
And I was right. There are fantastic and you will literally find yourself popping them into your mouth until the last one is gone. A great no guilt snack to make tonight!

2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp.black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place cauliflower in a medium bowl and add cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil; toss well to coat.
- Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and bake until cauliflower is tender, but not mushy, stirring halfway through, about 10 minutes. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
