This is a recipe that I found in an old Weight Watcher’s cookbook, that I thought actually sounded really delicious and a great snack to eat.

And I was right. There are fantastic and you will literally find yourself popping them into your mouth until the last one is gone. A great no guilt snack to make tonight!

Ingredients

cooking spray

1;b bag Frozen Cauliflower

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. Kosher salt

1 tsp.black pepper

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Place cauliflower in a medium bowl and add cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil; toss well to coat.
  • Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and bake until cauliflower is tender, but not mushy, stirring halfway through, about 10 minutes. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.

thanks. i spread cauliflower on unprepared baking dish. i sparayed it with olive oil spray and sprinkled garlic, paprika, basil, oregano, cumin. yum. needs to get a little brown for flavor. didn’t have chili powder and didn’t want salt, pepper , olive oil, though i’m sure they’d make it even better.
