Rosh Hashanah Recipe Box: Easy Apple Kugel

Hey KS Fans,

I am part of a facebook group called tishre recipes – that has some great Rosh Hashanah Menu ideas and recipes – I found this recipe from Hadassah Rabinovitch that loked very promising and will be trying out this year!

Thought I would share with all of you!

Easy Apple Kugel

4 eggs, beaten

1 C sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 c oil

1 C flour

1 tsp baking powder

6 tart apples, peeled & sliced

1/2 C raisins (optional)

 

Combine first 4 ingredients.

Stir in next 2 ingredients.

Fold in apples & raisins.

Pour into well-greased 9″x13″ pan.

Bake at 350*F for 45-50 minutes.
